I have realized I will be 38 in eight days and I wonder what the hell I have done with my life. To some I have done a lot. To others I have done nothing. To me I think I have done a hell of a lot. And I am still going because I will never learn it all. The things I have come to realize though are probably things I've needed to learn.

Having lived in the DeKalb area it is hard to imagine what everyone is going through. DeKalb , in some ways, is a small college town. Most people I have talked to over the years have never even heard of it. I am thankful though. Thankful my nephew, Jake, who loves the library there, was hopefully home and safe.
